Cocinella strives to send all purchased articles, as far as possible, as quickly as possible, within 3 working days. Some items have a longer delivery time. This is always stated with the article. The delivery time of an order is determined by the item with the longest delivery time. Cocinella has collections on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Home delivery is possible in Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Germany, via Bpost

- A number of items can only be picked up in our store, this is always clearly stated with the item. If you wish to have an item that can only be picked up delivered, you can always contact us for the terms of delivery of those items.

 

For all items that can be sent:

 

For Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg the shipping costs are 6 Euro for a purchase amount less than 50 Euro, from 50 Euro the delivery is free.
For Germany the shipping costs are 8 Euro for a purchase amount of less than 100 Euro, from a purchase amount of 100 Euro the shipping is free.

You can also choose to collect the purchased items for free in our store. (Stationsstraat 21 - 9300 Aalst)

 

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrectly specified address or if a package has not been picked up at the collection point within the specified period, the package will be sent back to our store automatically. For a second shipment, shipping costs will be charged regardless of the total cost of the order. The shipping costs are determined by the prices that our courier services charge to send a package to the relevant country. As soon as we have received the payment of the shipping costs, we will send the package back immediately.

If the right of withdrawal applies:

The Client has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Client or a third party designated by the Client, who is not the carrier, physically receives the last shipment or part.

The direct costs of returning the goods are for the account of the Customer.

If the returned product or the original packaging in which the product is sold has been reduced in value in one way or another, Cocinella reserves the right to hold the Customer liable and to claim compensation for any depreciation of the goods that results from the use of the goods by the Customer that goes beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and operation of the goods. The customer is also responsible for returning the

product to us in a safe and sturdy packaging. The sender is deemed responsible for damage incurred during the process of the return shipment.

Only items that are in the original packaging, together with all accessories, instructions for use and invoice or proof of purchase can be taken back.


If the Customer cancels the agreement, Cocinella will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that time, including the cost of the standard delivery costs, to the Customer within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Cocinella has been informed of the Customer's decision to revoke the agreement. For sales agreements, Cocinella can wait with the reimbursement until he has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Any additional costs resulting from the Customer's choice for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Cocinella will not be reimbursed.

Cocinella reimburses the Customer with the same payment method as the Customer used to perform the original transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise.
